Counter Top

I tiled the first counter top this weekend. Cutting the tile was a pain in the ass.

I still have to install the bull nose tile. The 'dark' tile in the back is just shadows.

Sink

John came up this weekend and brought their van - its the only way we could get the cabinet (81" more or less) up here without bringing it in the back of my truck which only has a 6'bed.

Time for breakfast

Damn I'm hungry.

The bar is grouted but needs a 'skim' coat of grout.

Switch Plates

Not sure if I have posted a picture of our switch plate covers.

Spring in Montreal

The Montreal River - its about 1.2 miles from our place. Saturday Deb and I went here for cocktails - we sat on the bridge with a drink and I was mesmerized by the beauty of the river.

Finger update

Tomorrow is my last day of therapy:) The doc said it looks good "given how bad it was"

A girl and her wagon

Deb bought a 'wagon' as our wheelbarrow had seen better days. It was a beautiful weekend.

Grass:)

The grass is starting to grow. This is the best part of the 'yard' - of course its south facing and next to the cabin. I suspect the rest of the 'yard' is a couple of weeks behind.
